Event Setup & Cleanup
We handle setup and breakdown so you arrive to a perfectly arranged space and leave without lifting a finger. Charges based on event size.
Rentals & Coordination
Need tables, linens, glassware or bar equipment? We supply from our own inventory or arrange through trusted partners — one less thing for you to organise.
Bespoke Menu Design
Work directly with our chef to build a custom menu — dietary needs, cultural preferences, cuisine style. Every menu is tailored from scratch.

How We Work
Catering for Up to 1,000 Guests
Everything you need to know before booking — from staffing and delivery to rentals, setup and cancellations.
01 Delivery Area
Delivery is available throughout Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, West Vancouver, New Westminster and Coquitlam. Standard delivery fee is $25.00; pricing adjusts based on distance and time of delivery.
02 On-Site Staffing
We offer servers, bartenders, supervisors and on-site chefs according to your specific service requirements and event type. Staffing packages are included in full-service quotes.
03 Setup & Cleanup
Setup and cleanup service is provided with charges based on the size of the event. We arrive early, set everything up, and leave your venue spotless.
04 Event Rentals
We can provide event rentals directly from our own inventory, or facilitate arrangements with our trusted partners — tailored to suit the specific requirements of your event.
05 Cancellation Policy
We request a minimum of two business days’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Modifications to the final quote are accepted up to two days prior to the event. Larger orders may require additional notice.
06 Guest Capacity
We cater events from intimate gatherings of 10 up to large-scale functions of 1,000+ guests. Full-service staffing, live cooking stations and bar service are all available regardless of event size.
